𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱: 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲?

One of the most effective things you can do during a major life or career transition is an exercise to help you develop a Personal Advisory Board.

Ideally, your Advisory Board is a carefully chosen group of individuals who you trust and who know you well.

Each Advisor should bring something different to your Board, and offer a unique perspective, thoughtful feedback, and timely guidance to help support better decision making and possible outcomes for the future you envision.

In building your Personal Advisory Board, think of yourself as the CEO of your life and career. What kind of roles, skills, and responsibilities are you looking for in a Board member that can provide support for your continuing personal and professional development?
